The Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad (PCPA) offers its sincere condolence to the Palestinian people, Arab and Islamic nations, mourning the death of Jamal Hassan Ayesh, known as Abu Khalid.

Abu Khalid died Sunday, on June 14, 2020, after a long journey of giving, fighting and persistent patriotic action. Abu Khalid, former Fatah Movement leader, was one of the group’s historic commanders since the early sixties of the last century and the founder of one of its top resistance factions back then. He was also a member of the Palestinian National Council and its fact-finding commission. He was a member of the Central Council and the head of the Palestinian-Saudi Friendship Committee.
