PCPA meets Lebanese ambassador in Berlin and extends its condolences after devastating blasts

Berlin, Thursday, 6 August 2020 — A delegation of the Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad (PCPA) paid a visit to the Lebanese ambassador Dr. Mustafa Adeeb at the German capital city Berlin to express sympathy with Lebanon on the occasion of the deaths caused by the blasts in Beirut.

The delegation consisted of Mr. Majed al-Zeer, Chargé D'affaires of PCPA’s General Assembly, and Dr. Ahmad Muhaisen, PCPA’s spokesperson.

The delegation demonstrated its solidarity with Lebanon following the tragedy that befell the country, extending condolences to the families of victims and hoping for a quick recovery for the injured.

The delegation stressed that the fate of the Palestinian and the Lebanese people is one, pointing to Palestinian initiatives that took part in rescue operations, blood donations and providing medical care to the injured.

The delegation also hopes that Lebanon survives the crisis with the ability to progress and achieve prosperity.
