PCPA Mourns Death of Dr. Anwah Nagia, Defender of Palestinian Cause in South Africa

The Popular Conference for Palestinians Abroad (PCPA) mourns the death of Dr. Anwah Nagia, one Palestinian icon and defender of the Palestinian rights in Cape Town. Saddened, PACA sends his family and the Camp Muslim Community its deepest sympathy, whishing it my bring them comfort and ease the pain of their loss.

On 28 September 2020, Dr. Anwah Nagia, aged 61, died of COVID-19 related illness. Being one of the local community, civil action and humanitarian organizations leading activists in South Africa, and managing all his actions with love, Dr. Nagia was the chairman of Element Investment Managers, chairman of the District Six Beneficiary and Redevelopment Trust, the director of Kaaf Human Rights Center and the Palestine Museum.
